In August 2026, the Seafield Cup and KT Football will jointly launch the U7 three player tournament in Haikou, Hainan. Three children can form a team, and six children can rotate; Everyone is closer to football and also closer to their own courage.
This time, the competition will not only be on land, but also extend to the sea.
01 THE FIVE ON THE SEA | Meet at Haikou, also see at sea.
The competition will bring a green field to the surface: football fields will be laid on floating platforms, allowing the city skyline, sea breeze, and youth football to appear in the same picture. U7 children will play 3v3 matches at this sea football field.
The offshore football field will be held at the popular check-in location of Mission Hills in Haikou as the official match for the U7 final.
It's not just a scene suitable for taking photos. For children who are participating in a competition for the first time, this will be a truly tactile memory: the field beneath their feet, companions by their side, and Haikou in the distance.
The final scene rendering shall be based on the site.
02 Why 3v3 | Why did the 7-year-old match start with three players?
The three player system is not simply shrinking adult football, but returning the game to children.
- There are fewer players on the field, and each child has more opportunities to receive, dribble, shoot, and defend.
- The space is clearer, and children can understand "where I am, where my teammates are, and what to do next" faster.
- Attack and defense transitions are more frequent, and focus, judgment, cooperation, and expression naturally occur during the game.

03 THE TOURNAMENT | Starting from three people, we step into a bigger football summer.
2026 Seafield Cup . The World Youth Football Tournament will be held in Haikou, Hainan from August 7th to 15th, 2026, with the main venue being the Haikou Mission Hills International Football Training Base. The U7 three player system is a characteristic segment for the younger age group of this tournament, adopting the KT football three player system rules.
The children will complete the competition within the framework of the group stage and the final/qualifying stage. The U7 competition is expected to be completed within 2 to 3 days, and the specific match dates, groups, and matches will be announced after the registration period ends.
The information of international participating teams will be gradually released by the official Seafield Cup.

05 OPEN CHALLENGE | Other age groups will also receive invitations for sea challenges.
The sea football field will not only belong to U7.
During the event, the organizing committee will also invite players or teams from other age groups to participate in the 3v3 sea football field challenge. It will serve as a featured invitation/exchange section, independent of the regular season matches of various age groups, providing more children who come to Haikou with an opportunity to play football on the sea.
06 HOW TO JOIN | 3 people, you can form this team.
If you happen to have 3 children who love playing football around you, you can start forming a team now. Registration for 4 to 6 people is more convenient for rotation and allows children to find a better rhythm between competitions and breaks.
- It is recommended to prepare in advance: team name, city/institution, coach or manager information, player list, date of birth, and contact information of guardians.
- Age proof, insurance, and guardian authorization materials shall be subject to the official registration form and notification from the organizing committee.
- Accommodation and meals can be voluntarily selected according to the official plan for family and team schedules.
