1. Registration Fee: Each participating team must pay RMB 2000 to secure one spot. Please note that one registration account can only be used for one team's registration and all subsequent participation-related processes.

2. Entry Fee: Each participating team is required to pay the remaining entry fee in full by June 30, based on the final confirmed total number of participants (including athletes, coaches, and accompanying personnel). The entry fee includes accommodation, meals, matches, transportation (including one round trip from the airport/train station/terminal to the venue for the entire team), and other supporting services for 9 days and 8 nights during the event.

3. Registration Completion: Once the participating team has fully paid all entry fees (including registration and participation fees) and successfully submitted the payment receipt to the event organizing committee, the registration is considered successful, and the team is eligible to participate officially.
